😄🎄 Teacher Punishments = Holiday FUN! 🎄😄
As part of our Holla Dolla Days fundraiser, students earned the chance to “punish” their teachers — all for a great cause! 💵❤️
For just a few dollars, students could:
🥒 Make teachers drink pickle juice (or water… which somehow was worse 🤢)
🥚 Crack an egg over their head
🟢 Cover them in slime
🎨 Add some temporary tattoos
🧊 Dump ice water
🎉 Blast them with silly string
💗💜 Dye their hair pink and purple
Our teachers were incredible sports, and the laughter was nonstop! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this fundraiser such a success. The memories (and messes 😅) were totally worth it!

During morning drop-off, our SBOs will be out collecting coin donations for our fundraiser benefiting Primary Children’s Hospital 💙
Every donation—big or small—helps make a difference. Thank you for your generosity!

Our girls hit the road starting today and will continue competing away through our return from winter break. 💪
Catch them representing with pride, hustle, and heart every game!
Good luck to our team—let’s go! 🔥

Recently, Syracuse Jr High School student Colton received recognition from the Davis School District for participating in the Emmy-nominated and Utah Best of State winning video Rock Your Socks.
Rock Your Socks was inspired by Colton, who encouraged everyone to wear mismatched socks on March 21 for World Down Syndrome Day, showing support and celebrating his little brother Hudson.
The magic captured in this video shows the culture of belonging that our students exemplify across the district.
These projects show how students and dedicated educators make a real difference in our schools and the community.

Our Student Government had an amazing time at the Festival of Trees! This year, our tree was generously donated by Walmart, and our incredible student government members — along with their families — donated all the themed baskets that helped bring it to life. 💙🎁
We’re proud to support such a meaningful cause. 100% of the proceeds go directly to Primary Children’s Hospital, helping kids and families in our community.
So grateful for everyone who contributed and came together to make this event special!

From matching fits on Twin Day, to cozy vibes in our pajamas, to showing our school spirit with orange and blue, then wrapping it all up with our boots and bandanas for Western Wear—our students and staff brought the energy every single day! We wish we had more pictures showing all the spirit week involvement, but trust us, it was a fun week last week!

During this time, teachers are:
🔹 Reviewing student learning and behavior data
🔹 Aligning expectations across classes and Houses
🔹 Sharing strategies to support consistent, positive experiences for all students
🔹 Working together to build a more reliable, structured, and supportive school environment
This dedicated collaboration helps us stay connected as a staff and ensures we’re meeting the needs of every learner.

We’re so proud to celebrate these outstanding students who continue to lead with kindness, curiosity, and dedication. Their hard work shines bright in and out of the classroom, and we’re grateful to have them as part of our school community. 🌟
