Syracuse Counseling Vision Statement:
The vision of the Syracuse Junior High School Counseling Program is for all students to be college and career ready and to acquire the tools to reach their full potential in the areas of academic, personal, and social development. Every student will be productive, successful, contributing citizens and lifelong learners in an ever-evolving society.
Syracuse Counseling Mission Statement:
The mission of the Syracuse Junior High School Counseling Department is to provide an equitable learning environment for each student by using a comprehensive, student-focused, data-driven approach. Working in partnership with other educators, parents/guardians, and community stakeholders, we will provide a developmental counseling program that addresses college and career readiness, along with academic, personal, and social development.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 801-402-6808, between the hours of Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 7:45am to 2:15pm and Wednesday - 9:30am to 1:00pm. Students may make appointments to see their counselor between classes, during lunch, or before and after school.
