Purpose: To provide student with opportunities to engage in STEM projects. To interest students in a friendly, competetive environment related to science and engineering.
Science Olympiad builds 21st Century skill sets essential to today's STEM workforce. Students study and prepare to compete in two Saturday tournaments in any of the 23 offered events.
Science Olympiad is an American team competition in which students compete in 23 events pertaining to various scientific disciplines, including earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Over 7,800 middle school and high school teams from 50 U.S. states compete each year.

Cost: $25 registration fee per student - The Science Department will cover the remainder of the expenses.
